- Tracking progression of infectious diseases (e.g., COVID-19, Flu) using wearable sensors.

- Utilizing wearable sensors to monitor and investigate physiological underpinnings of exercise limitations in patients with heart failure.
- Leading an open-source initiative “Digital Biomarker Discovery Pipeline” which provides code sets, functions, and algorithms for the entire digital biomarker (digitally collected data that are transformed into indicators of health outcomes) discovery pipeline to make discovering digital biomarkers more accessible.
