Tracking progression of infectious diseases (e.g., COVID-19, Flu) using wearable sensors.
Developing signal processing and machine learning algorithms for wearable sensors to monitor cardiorespiratory fitness for healthy individuals and patients with heart failure.
Utilizing wearable sensors to monitor and investigate physiological underpinnings of exercise limitations in patients with heart failure.
Leading an open-source initiative “Digital Biomarker Discovery Pipeline” which provides code sets, functions, and algorithms for the entire digital biomarker (digitally collected data that are transformed into indicators of health outcomes) discovery pipeline to make discovering digital biomarkers more accessible.

Developed and validated wearable sensors and corresponding algorithms to monitor cardiovascular and respiratory health in healthy individuals and patients with heart failure.
